When should I order? 7 to 10 days before pickup day, so your kit arrives before your puppy does.

How do I choose the right size? Base it on your puppy's expected adult weight. Small is under 10kg, Medium is 10 to 25kg, and Large is 25kg and above. If you're unsure, go one size up.

What if my puppy already has some of these items? Our packs are built to be complete, but if you've already got a few bits sorted, the value is still well below buying the rest separately. Everything is chosen to work together from day one.

Are the items safe for young puppies? Yes. Every item is chosen with young puppies in mind, from the no-squeaker chew toy to the gentle, puppy-sized nail clippers.

What if an item arrives damaged? Email hello@pawone.com.au and we'll sort it out for you straight away.

How much is shipping? Free on orders over $100. Flat $9.95 on orders under $100.

Do you offer AfterPay? Yes, AfterPay is available on all orders at no extra cost.

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day guarantee on all kits. If something arrives faulty, or you'd like to return an unused item in its original condition, just let us know and we'll arrange a refund or swap. For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used items such as pee pads, chew toys, lick mats, bowls or bedding once they've been opened or used, unless they're faulty.

Do orders come with tracking? Yes, tracking is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes. Gift cards are available in $50, $100, $150 and $200, delivered by email. Valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
